TL;DR: Anthropic launched Reflect in beta today — a usage dashboard inside Claude showing your most-used topics, peak hours, and total chats over 1-12 months, with optional break reminders and quiet hours.

Reflect is Anthropic's answer to screen-time dashboards. With Memory enabled, it summarizes the topics you've worked on with Claude, your most active day and hour, and total chat counts over selectable periods (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). It also surfaces guided reflection prompts ("What's one thing you'd want to keep doing yourself?") and lets you set quiet hours or break reminders via Settings > Reflect.

Available now in beta for Free, Pro, and Max plans (Claude web and desktop; Memory must be on). Cowork conversation reflection is coming soon.

Why it matters: For individual devs it's a quick audit of whether Claude time is going to high-leverage work. The broader signal: Anthropic is building usage-analytics infrastructure that spans Claude products — expect similar insights to land in the API and team console as the feature matures.
