Google's Antigravity 2.0 desktop app (available via I/O 2026) introduces dynamic subagents for parallel workflows, scheduled background tasks, and deep Firebase/Android Studio integration. The Managed Agents API (single API call spins up a reasoning agent with tool access and isolated Linux sandbox) is now GA via the Gemini API. Organizations can also extend agents with custom skills via markdown files — the same pattern Claude Code uses for CLAUDE.md.
